1. Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.

  • Returns will not be accepted for products that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or special-order products.

  • Electrical or electronic components that have been installed or tested.

  • Clearance sale or discounted items specifically marked as non-returnable.

Refund Policy
TorqueBear does not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide either:

  • Exchanges for eligible items, or

  • Store credit applicable toward future purchases.

Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and verified.


2. Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is defective or has a manufacturing fault.

  • You received an incorrect item.

  • The item was damaged during transit (requires photographic evidence at the time of unboxing).

Exchange Process

  1. Initiate a Request — Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the product.

  2. Verification — Our team will assess your request and provide return instructions if the exchange is approved.

  3. Return the Item — Ship the product back in its original condition and packaging.

    • If the issue was caused by us (e.g., wrong or defective product), we may cover the return shipping costs.

  4. Receive the Replacement — Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement.

If a replacement is unavailable, store credit may be provided.


3. Unclaimed Products Policy

This section outlines the process and applicable charges for products that remain uncollected after purchase, service, repair, or delivery notification.

Definition of Unclaimed Products
An item is considered unclaimed if it remains uncollected for 30 days after the customer has been notified — via phone, email, SMS, or any provided contact method — that the product is ready for pickup or delivery.

Storage & Administration Fees
If an item remains unclaimed beyond 30 days, TorqueBear reserves the right to apply storage and administrative fees to cover holding costs.

  • Customers will be notified of the applicable charges before collection.

  • The 30th day after the last notice will be considered the final day for collection without incurring additional fees.

Final Collection Notice
If the product remains unclaimed after 60 days, a final written notice will be sent to the customer’s most recent contact details. The customer will have an additional 14-day grace period to arrange collection and settle any outstanding charges.

Ownership Forfeiture & Disposal
If the product remains unclaimed beyond 74 days (60 days + 14 days), TorqueBear reserves the right to:

  • Dispose of, sell, or repurpose the product to recover costs.

  • Retain any proceeds as compensation for storage, handling, and administrative expenses.

Reclaiming an Unclaimed Product
To reclaim an unclaimed item, customers must:

  • Provide valid identification and proof of ownership (such as a purchase receipt or service invoice).

  • Settle any applicable storage, service, or parts charges.

  • Collect the item during standard business hours, as notified.

Liability Disclaimer
TorqueBear is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the forfeiture or disposal of unclaimed products, provided reasonable efforts have been made to contact the customer.


Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, store credit may be issued for eligible returns.
